Biography

Dr Michael Allen is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist working in Western Australia. His medical degree was awarded from University of Western Australia and subsequent to this he did advanced training in obstetrics and gynaecology at King Edward Memorial Hospital.

Experience & Qualifications

Michael spent some time working in the developing world prior to returning to Perth for completion of his training. He was the fellow in fertility at Hollywood Fertility Centre in 2014 and subsequently was appointed as a Visiting Medical Officer in 2015.

Michael completed a Masters of Reproductive Medicine at the University of New South Wales. He is currently on the staff at the University of Notre Dame School of Medicine. Dr Allen has a keen interest in laparoscopic surgery and fertility based surgery. He works as an obstetrician gynaecologist out of St John of God Hospital and Hollywood Private Hospital.
